The Revolution Sweep and Alley Systems

These precision engineered 6' tall, 12- guage tubular steel sweep panels are finished with a baked-on powder coating. It provides easy adjusting alley panels, available in 18", 21", 25" and 28" widths. With this innovative new system there is no longer a necessity for Catwalks. It completely eliminates “cow trapping” corners, and allows access to the animal from all around the sweep and alley. Precision engineered from 16-gauge tubular steel finished with a baked-on powder coating, Priefert panels feature a double-welded round knob top corner. These panels are tough enough for cattle, yet safe enough for horses. 16-gauge oval tubing creates panels that are strong enough to be durable, and light enough to be portable. Oval tubing forms stronger, cleaner weld joints and increases vertical strength. J-legged footing minimizes sinking into the ground, maximizing the height of the corral. Plus, J-legged panels are easier to load and move. The chain connectionsystem eliminates the need for special adapters and enables one person to set up an entire corral even on un-level ground. Classic Rancher Chute

A revolutionary cattle handling system. A curved alley means two things: more animals in less space, and smoother handling. Curved alleys keep the animal from seeing the chute until they are in it, and the roll gates keep animals separated for prep work and smoother movement. The side exit from the tub leaves little room for cattle to stray; thus the alley becomes the path of least resistance. The pregnancy test gate provides a safe spot for palpation and a handy space for getting around the squeeze chute with out getting in front of animals leaving the chute

Traditional Manual Chute

A patented Adjustable Safety Yoke Stanchions (ASY) and old-fashioned Powder River strength make this squeeze chute a key part of a profitable ranching operation. The ASY Stanchions allow the operator to remove the yokes to provide the animal with a straight drop down stanchion. When the operator wants more control he or she can simply return the yokes to the stanchion. If further control is desired, a neck extender is also available. Neck and nose chain is standard equipment.

Another Powder River classic. Any calf-related job, from castrating to branding, can be performed much more efficiently on a Powder River Calf Table. The unique scissor-type tipping action gets the calf on its side easily and at a comfortable working height. The table can handle calves up to 450 lbs. Features include: Scissor type manual stanchion, reversible, left or right side brand. A leg pin avoids the danger of the calf kicking the operator during castration. Seven drop-side pipes give access to the animal for branding and vaccinating. Tailgate pin keeps calves from backing up in the chute. |
